I’ve been in the building and construction industry for more than 20 years, and I still get the same satisfaction from handing over a finished project as I did on my very first job. My path here has been a mix of formal study, engineering precision, and hands-on building experience. After completing my Bachelor of Construction Property Management at UNSW, I worked as a civil engineer for five years before starting an apprenticeship in Newcastle. Once I completed my trade, I went on to qualify for my builder’s licence, and I’ve been creating high-quality homes and renovations ever since.

Today, I lead Kisimul Build, a small, skilled team specialising in architectural builds, high-end renovations, and custom-designed sheds and workshops across Newcastle, Maitland, and the Hunter Valley. I pride myself on delivering not just exceptional workmanship, but also a building experience that works seamlessly around your family’s life.
