Kisimul Build is a Newcastle-based building team with more than 20 years of experience across residential and commercial construction. Founded by Sam McNeil, the business brings together a rare combination of formal qualifications, engineering expertise, and hands-on trade skills. Sam’s career began with a Bachelor of Construction Property Management from UNSW, followed by five years working as a civil engineer before completing his apprenticeship in Newcastle. Post-trade, he gained his builder’s licence and has been leading high-quality projects ever since.

Today, Kisimul Build specialises in high-end renovations, architectural new builds, alterations and additions, and bespoke commercial fitouts. With a small, dedicated team, they take pride in delivering exceptional workmanship and a building process that’s as seamless and stress-free as possible.
